Payment
Registration fees must be paid in Japanese yen by credit card.
Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club.
Receipts, certificates of attendance, and online viewing URLs will be sent approximately one month before the conference.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be notified by email to the Conference Secretariat.
Refunds will be made when written notice of cancellation is received by the secretariat at apsc2025@convex.co.jp on or before 13 July, 2025. A cancellation charge of 30% of fees paid will be deducted to cover administrative costs prior to making refunds. All refund procedures will be done by the secretariat via the online registration system after the conference.
Cancellations made after 13 July will not be refunded, nor will refunds be provided for no-shows.
